Coca Cola, as a mixer, has always been relegated to Rum or Whiskey. However, there are alternatives and we'd like to explore just one of them. The Cherry Vanilla Dirty Coke uses Vodka along with some other ingredients and the result is delightfully refreshing because there ain't nothin' like the Real Thing, baby. Let's get mixin'...
Ingredients
2 ounces of Vodka
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoons of maraschino cherry juice
Coca Cola to top off
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Directions
Combine the Vodka, vanilla extract & maraschino cherry juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake!!
Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice.
Top off with Coca Cola.
Garnish with maraschino cherry juice.
