Grumpy Dingo Radio Dark 'n Stormy Cocktail

The Dark 'n Stormy cocktail has its origins sometime after World War One, in a Ginger Beer factory run by the Royal Naval Officer’s Club. The sailors discovered that a generous splash of rum was a great addition to the Ginger Beer. You gotta love sailors. Ahoy!

Ingredients

2 ounces of dark Rum (unless you're a sailor, then you can use more)

3 ounces of Ginger Beer

Lime wedge for garnish

Directions

• Add the dark rum into a highball glass with ice.

• Top off with Ginger Beer.

• Garnish with a lime wedge.
