A number of people have referred to the Salted Caramel Martini as a "winter cocktail." Fine, but why limit yourself to just one season? We all know that cocktails, no matter the flavor, no matter the weather, taste good all year long. Are you ready to get salty...and sticky? Let's go!
2 Parts Salted Caramel flavored Vodka
2 Parts Rumchata
Some coarse ground salt
Caramel sauce (the variety used for ice cream topping)
Spread caramel topping on a plate and rim the martini glass.
Spread coarse ground salt on a plate and rim the caramel coated martini glass.
Drizzle caramel topping on the interior of the martini glass. Make it pretty.
Combine Vodka and Rumchata in a shaker with ice.
Shake it up.
Strain into your caramelized martini glass, drink & enjoy.
