Grumpy Dingo Radio Watermelon Gin Fizz

I'm not a farmer but I'm still allowed to wear overalls, right? Hi, I'm Kenny, The Bartender & this time, we're going "farm-to-table" with a Watermelon Gin Fizz. Pureed watermelon, Gin, lime juice and ginger ale. Drink up, cuz we gotta get up early and snap the peas. And sadly, no, that isn't code for something else...

Ingredients

2 ounces of Gin

4 ounces of watermelon juice

1/2 ounce of lime juice

Ginger Ale to top off

Directions

• Puree watermelon. Determine amount needed, dice it, blend it, strain it and set it aside.

• Combine the watermelon juice, Gin & lime juice in a shaker with ice.

• Shake & strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

• Top off with Ginger Ale.

• Garnish with a watermelon slice.

• Drink in that down-on-the-farm goodness!
