Wembley is an area of northwest London, part of the Borough of Brent and home to the famous Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. It's also the home of the Wembley Cocktail. It's vintage, easy-peasy and refined, without being snooty. Let's head to the pub!
Ingredients
1 part Blended Scotch (we like Dewar's)
1 part Dry Vermouth
1 part Pineapple Juice
Chunks of Pineapple for garnish
Directions
Combine the Scotch, Dry Vermouth & Pineapple Juice in a shaker with ice.
Give them a good shake. Thrash them about.
Strain into a martini glass & garnish with chunks of Pineapple.
Sip and enjoy.
