Take a traditional martini, add a touch of smokey scotch whisky and you've got The Grumpy Dingo Burnt Gin Martini. Serve it with dinner, appetizers or make it a part of your next three-martini lunch.
6 parts gin
1 part dry vermouth
1 splash of scotch whisky
Add 6 parts gin and 1 part dry vermouth into a shaker with ice.
Add 1 splash of scotch whisky.
Stir. Do not shake. This is a gin martini for God's sake.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with an olive.
