The Grumpy Dingo Radio Apple Cider Gin Cocktail

We'd like to meet the evil genius who thought of getting Apple Cider and Gin together for a cocktail. It doesn't sound like they would work well together...but throw in a little lemon juice and honey? You have a party worthy of Johnny Appleseed. Or should we say Johnny AppleSAUCED? Let's get mixing!

Ingredients

2 ounces Gin

2 ounces Apple Cider

1 tsp Honey

1/8 tsp Lemon Zest (use organic lemons when zesting to avoid chemicals)

Club Soda to fill

Lemon peel for garnish

Directions

Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!!

Strain into a glass.

Top off with club soda.

Garnish with a lemon peel.

Enjoy!!
