The Grumpy Dingo Radio Beach Cruiser

The Beach Cruiser cocktail is a year-round drink. Really. Think about it. It's a wonderful cocktail when the weather is warm because it's cool & refreshing. It's also a wonderful cocktail when the weather is chilly because it conjures up images of fun-in-the-sun. It's virtual reality in a glass. Grab some sunscreen and let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Rum

3 ounces of Pineapple Juice

3 ounces of Cranberry Juice

Directions

• Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

• Shake!!!!

• Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

• Garnish with pineapple chunks.

• 'See you on the beach!
