The Grumpy Dingo Radio Cantarito Cocktail

The Cantarito Cocktail is a cousin of the Paloma. This highball adds lemon & orange juice to the party and really livens up the mix. Serve it with spicy food or just sip it on a hot summer's day. No matter what side of the border you're on, you'll love the Cantarito. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Tequila

1/2 ounce of lime juice

1/2 ounce of lemon juice

1/2 ounce of orange juice

Grapefruit soda (like Squirt) to fill

Lime wheel garnish

Mixture of coarse salt & sugar to rim the glass

Directions

Wet the rim of a highball glass with a lime or lemon wedge.

Rim the glass with a mixture of coarse salt & sugar.

Pour the ingredients (except the soda) into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!!

Strain the mixture into the highball glass with fresh ice.

Top off with grapefruit soda.
