The Grumpy Dingo Radio Cloud 9

What exactly is Cloud 9? It's a state of perfect happiness. Can a cocktail do that? Certainly not. But the Cloud 9 martini might be able to help.

Ingredients

1 part Canadian Whiskey

1 part amaretto

1 part pineapple juice

1 splash of grenadine

1 splash of lemon-lime soda

1 or 2 maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

• Combine the whiskey, amaretto, pineapple juice and grenadine in a shaker with ice.

• Shake well. You want the pineapple juice to get nice and frothy.

• Strain into a martini glass

• Add a splash of lemon-lime soda

• Garnish with a maraschino cherry
