It's fun to experiment with cocktails and the Red Snapper cocktail is no exception. It's normally made with Canadian Whisky...but we're heading to Scotland, where we'll use Dewar's Scotch Whisky, for a slightly "smokier" taste. The Amaretto and Cranberry Juice are coming along for the ride and a great time should be had by all. Let's get mixin'!
2 ounces Dewar's Scotch Whisky
1 ounce of Amaretto
4 ounces of Cranberry Juice (your favorite variety - we're going with cran-cherry)
Maraschino Cherries for garnish
Combine the Dewars, Cranberry Juice and Amaretto in a highball glass with ice.
Garnish with Maraschino Cherries.
