The Grumpy Dingo Radio Dewar's Red Snapper

It's fun to experiment with cocktails and the Red Snapper cocktail is no exception. It's normally made with Canadian Whisky...but we're heading to Scotland, where we'll use Dewar's Scotch Whisky, for a slightly "smokier" taste. The Amaretto and Cranberry Juice are coming along for the ride and a great time should be had by all. Let's get mixin'!


2 ounces Dewar's Scotch Whisky

1 ounce of Amaretto

4 ounces of Cranberry Juice (your favorite variety - we're going with cran-cherry)

Maraschino Cherries for garnish


  • Combine the Dewars, Cranberry Juice and Amaretto in a highball glass with ice.

  • Stir.

  • Garnish with Maraschino Cherries.

  • Wow. That was easy!
