The Grumpy Dingo Radio Gin-Gin Mule

The Gin-Gin mule was created at the turn of the 21st century for Vodka lovers, as a gateway Gin cocktail. The result is delightful. It's still a Gin-forward drink, with more complimentary flavors coming along for the ride. Plus, it's another excuse to have Gin cocktail!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Gin

1 ounce of simple syrup

The juice of half a lime

Mint leaves for muddling

Mint Sprig for garnish

Ginger Beer to top

Directions

• Muddle the mint leaves in a shaker.

• Add ice.

• Add the Gin, simple syrup & lime juice.

• Shake!!!!!!!!

• Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

• Top off with Ginger Beer.

• Garnish with a mint sprig.

• Sip & enjoy!
