The Grumpy Dingo Radio Gin & It

The first documented recipe for the "Gin & It" cocktail was more than 70 years ago and the drink didn't contain nearly as much Gin. Fortunately, things have gotten a lot "Gin-ier" these days and the drink has evolved into a wonderful martini that's slightly sweet and very easy to sip.

Ingredients

2 ounces of Gin

1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

Orange Bitters (a few drops)

Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Directions

• Add the Sweet Vermouth directly into a martini glass...no ice is involved.

• Pour in the Gin.

• Add a few drops of Orange Bitters.

• Garnish with Maraschino Cherries.

• Enjoy!
