Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, except in heels and backwards. So with that in mind, we offer up the Ginger Rogers Cocktail. Trip the light fantastic through this easy-to-drink and easy-to-make cocktail. Cue the band & let's get mixin'.
1.5 ounces of Gin
1.5 ounces of Apricot Brandy
1.5 ounces of Dry Vermouth
A few dashes of lemon juice
Some coarse sugar for the rim of a martini glass
Wet the rim of a martini glass with lemon juice and sugar the rim.
Combine the Gin, Apricot Brandy and Dry Vermouth in a shaker with ice.
Shake it like you're on the dance floor.
Strain into the sugared martini glass.
Shall we dance?
