The Grumpy Dingo Radio Highland Cocktail

Kenny The Bartender here, from the Grumpy Dingo Radio Cocktail Emporium and I'm wearing a kilt for this cocktail. Actually, it's less of a kilt and more of a beach towel but that's not the point. The point...is the Highland Cocktail. It's delicious and for some of us, the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to reach Scotland. Sort of. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Scotch

2 ounces of Sweet Vermouth

A dash of orange bitters

Directions

Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Stir. Do not shake. Stir, like the 'gentle' Highland winds...

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Enjoy!
