The Grumpy Dingo Radio Highland Fling

We love simple cocktails at Grumpy Dingo Radio. The quicker you can mix and pour means the quicker you can start sipping. The Highland Fling requires simple preparation but the results are complex and tasty. We think Sean Connery would approve. Put on your kilt and let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Scotch Whisky

2 ounce of Amaretto

Ginger Beer to top

Orange wheel for garnish

Directions

• Add the Scotch & Amaretto into a highball glass with ice.

• Give 'em a quick stir.

• Top with Ginger Beer.

• Garnish with an Orange Wheel.

• Sip & feel the breeze under your kilt.
