The Grumpy Dingo Radio Honey Ginger Fizz

What is it about bourbon & honey? Do bees like to drink? Is that why they're so surly? Well, it doesn't matter because bourbon & honey are just part of the Honey Ginger Fizz cocktail...a delightfully refreshing drink combining just the right amount of sugar, spice and everything nice.

Ingredients

4 ounces of bourbon

1 ounce Lime Juice, fresh squeezed

1 ounce honey

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Ginger Beer to top

Directions

• Combine the bourbon, lime juice, honey & ground ginger in a shaker with ice.

• Shake!!!

• Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.

• Top off with ginger beer.

• Garnish with a lime wheel.

• Enjoy!
