The Grumpy Dingo Radio Jericho's Breeze Cocktail

Every now and then, you might get a hankering (yes that's a real word) for a blue cocktail. There are many blue libations out there but one of our favorites is the Jericho's Breeze. We're not sure of the cocktail's origin but we do know it's tasty and pretty easy to make. Let's get ready to feel the breeze...

Ingredients

1 ounce of Vodka

.75 ounce of Blue Curacao

2.5 ounces of Sweet & Sour Mix

Splash of lemon lime soda

Splash of orange juice

PIneapple chunks & maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

• Pour all of the ingredients (except the soda) into a shaker with ice.

• Shake!!!

• Strain into a wine glass.

• Add a splash of lemon lime soda.

• Garnish with a pineapple chunk & maraschino cherry.

• Enjoy!
