The Jockey Club Cocktail is a delightful drink that has nothing to do with middle aged men cutting each other's hair. In their underpants. Hey, the Grumpy Dingo Radio Cocktail Emporium is a "judgement-free zone." Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 parts gin

1 part amaretto

1 part lemon juice

2 dashes of bitters

Directions

Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!

Strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Enjoy in or out of your underwear...
