The Grumpy Dingo Radio Lime Paloma

The Lime Paloma cocktail has history full of mystery. That is to say, nobody is sure who invented it. Some have given credit to legendary bartender Don Javier and since he invented another Tequila & soda drink, the Batanga, this seems to make sense. Besides, at the end of the day, all that matters is the cocktail...so let's get mixin'.

Ingredients

2 ounces of Tequila

The juice of 1/2 a lime

5 ounces of lemon lime soda

Kosher salt for the glass rim

Directions

• Fill a salted rimmed glass with ice.

• Add Tequila.

• Add the fresh lime juice.

• Stir.

• Top with lemon lime soda.
