The London Buck was invented in the 1920s by Harry Craddock at the famous Savoy Hotel. It's technically a highball and its beauty is its simplicity. Just three ingredients and you're on your way. Let's get mixin'. This cocktail isn't going to drink itself...
Ingredients
2 ounces of Gin
The Juice of half a lemon
Ginger Ale to top
Lemon wedge for garnish
Directions
Pour the Gin and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice.
Top off with Ginger Ale.
Stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge
Serve.
Enjoy!
