The Grumpy Dingo Radio London Sunset Cocktail

Did you know the juniper berry is actually not a berry at all? It is a female seed cone! What the hell does that have to do with a cocktail? Well, the London Sunset Cocktail features gin, made from the juniper berry, aka a female seed cone. But enough of all this botanical mumbo jumbo, let's get to mixin' and more importantly, let's get to sippin'!

Ingredients

2 part gin

1 part triple sec

1 part orange juice

1/2 part grenadine

Directions

• Combine the gin, triple sec, orange juice and grenadine in shaker with ice.

• Give all the ingredients a good shake.

• Strain into a martini glass and garnish with some maraschino cherries.

• Toast to the day and the sunset!
