The Grumpy Dingo Radio Manhattan Goes Hollywood Cocktail

I'm Kenny The Bartender with one of those "bolt-out-of-the-blue" cocktails. It's a spin on the Manhattan using Anejo Tequila, maple syrup and orange bitters. The only downside for me is the name. "Manhattan Goes Hollywood" seems like a moniker that was rushed...by a cocktail blogger in a hurry. Don't worry, it wasn't me. I'm just a messenger...who mixes.

Ingredients

3 ounces of Anejo Tequila

.75 ounces of Maple Syrup

4 dashes of Orange Bitters

Orange peel for garnish

Directions

Add the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!

Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.

Garnish with an orange peel.

Enjoy!
