The Grumpy Dingo Radio Metropolitan

There are many versions of the Metropolitan going all the way back to 1900. The Grumpy Dingo Radio incarnation uses Triple Sec instead of simple syrup and orange bitters instead of traditional bitters. The result is familiar...with a twist. We think...rather we know you'll enjoy a Metropolitan!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Brandy

1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

1/2 ounce Triple Sec

5 drops of orange bitters

Cherries for garnish

Directions

• Combine the Brandy, Vermouth, Triple Sed & bitters in a shaker with ice.

• Stir the ingredients...no shaking allowed.

• Strain into a martini glass and garnish with maraschino cherries.

• Sip & enjoy!
