The Grumpy Dingo Radio Mexican Sunset

Like a lot of "sunset" cocktails, or the actual, real-life sunset, the Mexican Sunset is beautiful. Thanks to your favorite silver tequila, it tastes as great as it looks. If a cocktail ever made you long for the beach, it would be...or at least should be this one. Let's get mixin'!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Silver Tequila

1 ounce of Peach Schnapps

1 ounce of Amaretto

2 ounces of Pineapple Juice

Grenadine for color (at the very end of your mix)

Maraschino cherries & a lime wheel for garnish

Directions

Pour all of the ingredients except for the grenadine into a shaker with ice.

Shake!!

Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

Pour some Grenadine over the back of a spoon and into the cocktail.

Garnish with Maraschino cherries & a lime wheel.

Enjoy!
