Ingredients

1.5 ounces of Gin

1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth

1 ounce of Simple Syrup

The juice of half a lemon

A few drops of Angostura Bitters

Club Soda to top off

Lemon spiral for garnish

Directions

• Add the Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice & Bitters into a shaker with ice.

• Shake!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice.

• Top off with Club Soda.

• Taste the history!
