The Grumpy Dingo Radio Peach Cosmo

The first Cosmopolitan recipe appeared in 1934. It was not the last. The cocktail's popularity soared in the 70's & new Cosmos are constantly being invented. 'Lucky for us, the Peach Cosmo is one of them. It's refreshing & packs a bit of a punch, so go easy. If you think of the Cosmo as a 'girl's drink', think again...

Ingredients

2 ounces of Vodka

1 ounce of Peach Schnapps

1 ounce of Cranberry Juice

Lime wedge for garnish

Directions

• Add the Vodka, Peach Schnapps & Cranberry Juice into a shaker with ice.

• Shake it up, baby.

• Strain into a martini glass.

• Garnish with a lime wedge.

• Sip. Sip. Sip.
