Ingredients

2 ounces of Silver Tequila

1 ounce of Triple Sec

4 ounces of pineapple juice (or enough to fill the glass)

Pineapple chunks for garnish

Mixture of coarse salt and sugar for rim

Directions

• Wet the rim of a highball glass with a pineapple chunk and rim with the salt/sugar mixture.

• Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice.

• Shake!!!!!!

• Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

• Garnish with pineapple chunks.

• Drink!
