A Gin Martini doesn't have to be 'dry'. Increasing the Vermouth creates a taste that is interesting, different and all 'martini'. This recipe is a 3 to 1 ratio & you can even go as high as 50/50 with your Gin/Vermouth mix. It's a tremendous amount of alcohol, however...so, easy does it.
Ingredients
3 ounces of Gin
1 ounce of Dry Vermouth
Green olives for garnish
Directions
Add the Gin & Vermouth into a shaker with ice.
STIR. Do not, we repeat, Do not shake. A Martini is stirred. Plus, you're not James Bond.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with olives.
Sip & enjoy!
