The Grumpy Dingo Radio Whiskey Lime Rickey

Invented by Colonel Joe Rickey in 1883, the Whiskey Lime Rickey is a marvel of simplicity. Only 3 elements and one of those does double duty as an ingredient and a garnish. We love simple cocktails!!

Ingredients

2 ounces of Whiskey

The juice of half a lime

Club Soda to top off

Directions

• Fill a highball glass with ice.

• Add 2 ounces of Whiskey.

• Squeeze half a lime into the glass and drop it right in.

• Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda.

• Toast to Colonel Joe Rickey & enjoy!!
